For the I.N.P.S. insured patients with forms reumo-arthritis, may be provided, along with a cycle of mud and/or hydrotherapy, 18 complementary treatments such as: inhalation, aerosol, nasal washes, vaginal douches.

For bronco-asthmatic forms, can be given a series of 36 inhalation therapies (12 inhalations + 12 aerosols +12 nebulizations or humages), and 12 complementary treatments such as: nasal washes, pulmonary ventilation, vaginal douches.

The complementary spa therapies given to the INPS patients, must be prescribed on SSN (NHS) prescription forms by a general practitioner or ASL specialist, and must include the following statement: "ciclo di cure termali complementari previste per l'assistito INPS" (cycle of complementary spa treatments provided for INPS patient).
